Vet, Luke Gamble, giving a talk to children at Waterstones in Truro

Having the opportunity to talk about a new book on television can have a hugely positive effect on sales. And so it was for our client, Dr Saliha Mahmood Ahmed, who was on the BBC’s Saturday Kitchen on 1st April, cooking from her new book THE KITCHEN PRESCRIPTION. Within an hour of her guest appearance, the book had become number one across all books on the Amazon bestseller list. Off the back of the fantastic launch at Daunt Books in Marylebone, where guests scoffed delicious gut-friendly food from the book, the storming of the charts felt like the icing on the cake.

Elsewhere, Luke Gamble entertained a young audience talking about his children’s books THE SECRET ANIMAL SOCIETY and THE LOST PHOENIX in Waterstones in Truro (as pictured above). Rory Cellan-Jones was at the Oxford Literary Festival, discussing the positive and negative effects of digital technology with Tanya Goodin and Heather has been on a research trip to Bletchley Park with author, Molly Green.
