Charlotte Pike


Charlotte Pike is a food and drink expert with over a decade of experience. Her work includes writing, teaching, broadcasting and consulting.

Charlotte is the author of five cookery books which have won and been shortlisted for leading International and UK based book awards. Charlotte is a member of The Guild of Food Writers and was its Vice Chair and Chair from 2017-2022.

As one of the UK’s leading independent cookery teachers, Charlotte teaches classes at schools around the UK as an Executive Chef Tutor. She is also Founder and Director of Field & Fork School, a food education social enterprise.

Charlotte is a is a graduate of the Ballymaloe Certificate Course and is a Chef Ambassador for Slow Food in the UK. She previously worked as an International Private Chef to many a famous face around the world.

Charlotte can be found talking about food and drink on the radio, in podcast series and runs a food consultancy, The Taste Testers, which supports food and drink producers to develop and refine their products.

Charlotte lives in the English countryside, and is passionate about great food and drink made using the best seasonal and local ingredients.
