Alice Hart

Alice Hart was the youngest ever food editor at Waitrose Food Illustrated. She set up and ran the hit pop-up restaurant, The Hart and Fuggle, in London with fellow food writer and chef, Georgina Fuggle. A graduate of Leiths, she also has a BSc in physiology and neuroscience from Bristol University. She has cooked for Tom Kime, as well as the renowned Griffin Inn in Sussex and has styled for Conde Nast, Green and Blacks, Fortnum and Mason's, the Observer, The Times and the BBC. Alice has also appeared in the BBC2 special, Sophie Dahl on Mrs Beeton, to be transmitted in 2011. As well as a passion for all things culinary, Alice is in love with Myrtle the Hurtle, her 1972 VW camper van, complete with its own kitchen.
Described by the Daily Mail as 'quirky and original', ALICE'S COOK BOOK was published by Quadrille in 2010 and her second book will follow in 2012.
Alice lives in South London.
